REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Overview and Australian Consumer Law

AUSFIN TRISHNA Pty Ltd ABN 68 123 337 502 trading as FOOD FOR SALE offer refunds and replacements according to the Australian Consumer Law. The terms are set out in this Refund and Return Policy. Any benefits set out in this policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Before making any purchase please read this policy carefully. It may help you understand your rights and what you expect from us if you are not happy with your order.

Consumer Warranties

Our Goods and Services come with warranties under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of Consumer Warranties which protect consumers when they buy products and services.

If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid Consumer Warranties it provides. If there is any inconsistency between this policy and Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.However, you may choose a refund or exchange if the item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  1. Has a problem that would have stopped anyone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  2. Is unsafe.
  3. Is significantly different from the description or sample.
  4. Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you may choose to keep the item and we will compensate for the drop in value. If the problem is not a major, we may choose to rectify within a reasonable time frame. If the issue is not rectified within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or a replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase such as receipt or invoice.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or return you must inform us of any problem within fourteen (14) days from receiving the items. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start the procedure you must contact us on the contact details listed on the website.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
